Specialty Custodial

The Op Shop developed a Specialty Custodial division. From small office spaces to as large as the campus at Fairmont State University as well as the thirteen story WV Lottery building in Charleston. We can provide services such as construction clean up, and carpet cleaning, to stripping and refinishing of vinyl composite tile (VCT), ceramic, terrazzo and rubber flooring. We also offer power washing and window washing up to 3 stories. A lift will be required above 3 stories.

We have the latest in Zero chemical water fed poles for window cleaning.
We use the latest in carpet cleaning equipment.
We have a mobile crew that travels the state of WV.
